THANKS TO Maine Coast Fishermen's Association Bear and I picked up 300 pounds of FRESH frozen haddock! Rachel is making Baked stuffed haddock for Thursday...and Chowder for next week. We also will have some available on Thursday for our families!

Oh how I wished I could make it down there for some of both. I used to make whole big stuffed headaches for family and friends years ago and I for some reason I've been craving it. I also love a good headache chowder. I'm out early and disabled, spend the most of my time in pain and laid up in bed. I'm really I'm not able to cook much for myself anymore. Even when I do it doesn't taste as good as it used to.

Our soup kitchen chef is truly outdoing herself! The BBQ ribs with roasted veggies, and the cheeseburger soup was a HUGE hit! Today we are serving ITALIANS with chips.
